We all judge, often before we even speak. The work isn’t to stop, but to notice, to hold each thought with curiosity, not certainty. That’s where growth begins.
I was struck by an article on Elon Musk’s attempts to travel and inhabit Mars. The 160 foot tall SNB rocket completed its first high altitude flight of 41000 feet for 5 minutes and 40 seconds but burst into flames when returning to land.
Ever wondered why some people are more successful than others? Some of it might seem to be ‘right place, right time’ or simply luck, but I don’t think that happens too often. Mostly, it is as a result of everything we tell ourselves, based on our parents, family, friends, school, work and life experiences.
